Can I Cancel My Order?
We allow order cancellations within 24 hours once the order is placed. Please email us with your order number at help@shopklia.com. A customer service rep should get back to you within 12 hours on work days. 

Additionally, orders containing items designated as “(Presale)” are strictly non-cancelable under any circumstances.

How Do I Track My Package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. You can also check tracking via our designated Tracking Page.

Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website？

Please note that the tracking information can take extra time to update depending on your shipping courier.

Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please allow 1-2 business days for it to update.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case, and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. 

Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request.
