DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, INCORRECT 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 3 days from delivery date marked by the carrier.

Include clear photos of the defective item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and promptly resolve it. 

We will always prioritize reshipping the exact items to you instead of issuing a refund, to prevent potential misuse of our refund process. You will be required to return the damaged package to us. If approved we will be sending a replacement.

Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
